【摘要】 [目的]观察梗阻性黄疸患者术后利胆扶正颗粒治疗对细胞免疫功能的调节作用。[方法]48例梗阻性黄疸患者随机分为一般治疗组、美能组和中药组。分别于手术前、术后第1、7d测定外周血辅助T细胞(CD4)、细胞毒性T细胞(CD8)含量。[结果]术后第1dCD4、CD8均无明显差异P>0.05,术后第7d中药组明显高于一般治疗组P<0.05。[结论]中药治疗组对梗阻性黄疸围手术期有重要的辅助作用,具有一定的免疫调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the regulative effect of Chinese herbs on the cellular immune function in patients with obstructive jaundice postoperatively.Methods Forty-eight patients with obstructive jaundice were randomly divided into routine therapy group,glycyrrhizin group and traditional Chinese herbs group.The content of CD4,CD8 in peripheral blood was measured respectively before and 1 d and 7 d after operation.Result No significant difference was found in these three groups in CD4 and CD8 content in 1 day after operation(P>0.05).The CD4 and CD8 content of traditional Chinese herbs group was significantly higher than that of routine therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese herbs is one of the important adjuvant to treat the obstructive jaundice during peri-operative period.更多还原
