【摘要】 目的：观察消更延经胶囊的药理作用。方法：采用小鼠去势法制备类似于临床更年期动物模型,观察消更延经胶囊镇静安神、改善学习记忆等作用。结果：消更延经胶囊能明显减少去势小鼠自主活动次数,增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠和水合氯醛协同去势小鼠睡眠动物数。对东莨菪碱所致小鼠记忆获得障碍、氯霉素引起的小鼠记忆巩固障碍、40%乙醇引起的小鼠记忆再现障碍及去势小鼠学习记忆障碍均有明显的改善作用,可明显延长小鼠错误潜伏期,减少错误次数。结论：消更廷经胶囊具有明显镇静安神,改善学习记忆作用,可改善和治疗更年期综合征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the pharmacological action of xiaogengyanjing capsule.Methods:The climacteric animal model was build by castration. The tranquilizing,allaying excitement and improving memory effects of xiaogengyanjing capsule were observed,Chinese medicine, gengnanningxin capsule,was taken as positive control. Results:Xiaogengyanjing capsule could obviously decrease mouse’s autonomic activity,increase the number of mice castrated being asleep, which were intra-abdominal pentobarbital sodium and chloral hydrate at sub-threshold dose.Xiaogengyanjing capsule could improve normal mouse’s dysmnesia respectively induced by scopolamine,chloramphenicol and 40% alcohol.The capsule could significantly improve the learning and memory disorder of castrated mice,obviously prolong the error latency,decrease the error number. Conclusion:Xiaogengyanjing capsule has obvious tranquilizing,allaying excitement and improving memory effects,which can effectively improve climacteric symptoms.更多还原
