【摘要】 目的:通过温清饮提取物(WQY)对应激性溃疡大鼠溃疡形成的保护作用和对血清白介素-2(IL-2)含量的影响,探讨其抗溃疡作用机制。方法:采用束缚-水浸应激溃疡大鼠模型,观察WQY对应激性溃疡的发生情况及对血清IL-2含量的影响。结果:WQY能降低大鼠应激性溃疡的溃疡指数,可使该模型大鼠血清IL-2明显回升,接近正常水平。结论:WQY能降低大鼠应激性溃疡的形成,对大鼠胃黏膜有明显的保护作用,可使该模型大鼠血清IL-2水平明显提高,可能是其抗溃疡作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the mechanism of wenqingyin extract on ulcer-prevention by observing the effects of it on the information of rats’stress ulcer and the content of serum IL-2. Methods: The models were built by bound-infused in water, the quantity and longth of ulcer were observed and serum IL-2 content was tested by RIA. KMBWMResults: Wenqingyin extract could lower the ulcer index in rats with stress ulcer, elevate the content of serum IL-2, which was significantly higher than that of model. Conclusion: Wenqingyin extract can lower the information of rats’stress ulcer, protect rats’ gastric mucosa, elevate the serum IL-2 level maybe one of its antiulcer mechanism.更多还原
