【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内窥镜鼻中隔矫正同时行鼻腔、鼻窦病变切除术后鼻腔填塞材料的选择。方法随机将137例行鼻内窥镜鼻中隔矫正同时行鼻腔、鼻窦病变切除的患者分成4组:凡士林油纱条组、Merocel高膨胀材料组、Merocel+止血绫组、Rhino凝胶双气囊止血材料+止血绫组,比较不同填塞材料在术后48 h内、取出后的局部表现,并发症及远期影响。结果使用Rhino凝胶双气囊止血材料,Merocel膨胀材料并加用止血绫的两组术后临床表现、并发症及远期对上皮化的影响均明显优于凡士林油纱条填塞组,其中Rhino凝胶双气囊止血材料在止血方面更优于Merocel膨胀材料,不易形成鼻中隔血肿,并易取出。结论Rhino凝胶双气囊止血材料+止血绫这一组合是目前鼻内窥镜鼻中隔矫正同时行鼻腔、鼻窦病变切除术后较理想的填塞材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss how to select appropriate nasal packing material following endoscopic nasal septum construction and rhinosinus surgery.Methods One hundred and thirty-seven cases undergoing endoscopic nasal septum construction and rhinosinus surgery were divided into 4 groups randomly: Vaseline gauze group,Merocel group,Merocel+ASS group and Rhino+ASS group.Reaction,complication and long-term curative effect were compared among the groups.Results Merocel+ASS and Rhino+ASS had great advantages in reaction,complication and long-term curative effect,and the hemostasis effect of Rhino+ASS was better than Merocel+ASS.By using Rhino+ASS,hematoma of nasal septum was not easily formed and it could be removed easily.Conclusion Rhino+ASS was an ideal packing material following endoscopic nasal septum construction and rhinosinus surgery.更多还原
