非甾体类抗炎药阿司匹林和消炎痛对白假丝酵母菌菌丝形成的影响
Effect of NSAID Aspirin and Indomethacin on the Filamentous Growth of Candida albicans
【摘要】 目的探讨阿司匹林和消炎痛对白假丝酵母菌菌丝形成的抑制效应。方法选择以10%小牛血清-RPMI1640培养液和微缺氧环境作为诱导菌丝生成的两个条件,检测0.5、1.0、2.0 mmol/L的消炎痛和阿司匹林对3株白假丝酵母菌芽管和菌丝生成的影响。结果0.5、1.0、2.0 mmol/L消炎痛和阿司匹林的芽管生成率分别是(82.58±4.30)%,(29.25±4.97)%,(5.08±1.83)%和(83.25±2.09)%,(76.67±1.44)%,(74.67±1.97)%;0.5 mmol/L的消炎痛已有显著的菌丝抑制作用,1.0、2.0 mmol/L的消炎痛几乎可以完全抑制菌丝的生长;0.5、1.0、2.0 mmol/L的阿司匹林对菌丝生长无抑制作用。结论消炎痛能抑制白假丝酵母菌菌丝和芽管的生成,极有可能成为一种很有前途的治疗外阴阴道炎症的药物。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of aspirin and indomethacin on the filamentous growth of Candida albicans.Methods The RPMI-1640 supplemented with 10 % calf serum and anoxic environment were chosen as the two kinds of conditions of inducing the filamentous growth,and the effects of indomethacin and aspirin at concentrations of 0.5,(1.0) and 2.0 mmol/L on the filamentous growth of Candida albicans were tested.Results The germination percentage of Candida albicans treated with indomethacin and aspirin with 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mmol/L were(82.58±4.30) %,(29.25±4.97) %,(5.08±1.83) % and(83.25±2.09) %,(76.67±1.44) %,(74.67±1.97) % respectively.0.5 mmol/L indomethacin had striking effect on the filamentous growth of Candida albicans,while 1.0 and 2.0 mmol/L indomethacin almost could fully inhibit the filamentous growth of Candida albicans;0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mmol/L aspirin had no suppression on the filamentous growth of Candida albicans.Conclusion Indomethacin can suppress the filamentous growth and germination of Candida albicans,and it may be a promising drug of treating vulvovaginal candidiasis.
