【摘要】 目的:评价加替沙星治疗下呼吸道细菌感染(LRTBI)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:以左氧氟沙星为对照药,将可评价的105例下呼吸道细菌感染患者随机分为2组。观察(O)组54例,给予加替沙星200 mg,静脉滴注,每日2次,7～14 d;对照(C)组51例,给予左氧氟沙星200 mg,静脉滴注,每日2次,7～14 d。结果:O、C 2组的临床痊愈率分别为66.7%(36/54)和62.7%(32/51),临床总有效率分别为96.3%(52/54)和94.1%(48/51);细菌清除率分别为96.1%(49/51)和91.3%(42/46);临床药物不良反应发生率分别为5.6%(3/54)和7.8%(4/51)。上述2组各项结果比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:加替沙星治疗下呼吸道细菌感染的疗效及安全性与左氧氟沙星相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin(GTFX) in the treatment of lower respiratory tract bacterial infections(LRTBI).Methods: One hundred and five adult patients with LRTBI were randomly divided into two groups(O and C).The group O(n=54) and C(n=51)were treated respectively with GTFX and LVFX,200 mg,iv gtt,bid for 7～14 d.Results: Clinical cure rates and total effective rates were 66.7%(36/54),96.3%(52/54) in the group,and 62.7%(32/51),94.1%(48/51) in the C group;the corresponding bacterial eradication rate were 96.1%(49/51) and 91.3%(42/46) in group O and C respectively.The clinical adverse drug reaction(ADR) rates were 5.6%(3/54) and 7.8%(4/51) in two groups respectively.There were no significant differences in the above data between tow groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: GTFX is as effective and safe as LVFX in the treatment of LRTBI.更多还原
