【摘要】 目的:探讨原癌基因Ets-1的表达与大肠癌生物学行为的关系。方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR技术分别检测30例大肠癌组织及切端组织中Ets-1 mRNA转录水平。结果:全部大肠癌组织中可见Ets-1的阳性表达。大肠癌组织Ets-1 mRNA转录水平明显高于切端组织(P<0.05)。Ets-1的表达与大肠癌的淋巴结转移、浸润深度和Dukes分期明显相关,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。而与大肠癌的病理组织学类型和分化程度无关,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:Ets-1在大肠癌的侵袭与转移中发挥着重要作用。检测Ets-1的表达可作为判断大肠癌浸润、转移的良好参考指标。并可为将来大肠癌的诊断、分期和治疗开辟一个新的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the expression of Ets-1 and the relationship between it and invasion,metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.Methods: Expression of Ets-1 were analyzed by the real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).Results: Positive expression of Ets-1 was observed in all the cancer tissues.The transcription level of Ets-1 in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in resection margin of the specimens(P<0.05).Moreover,Abnormal expression of Ets-1 correlated with depth of invasion,Dukes stage,lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).But without histological classification and differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusion: Ets-1 plays an important role in the infiltration and metastasis of colorectal cancer,and it may be a useful marker of infiltration and metastasis in colorectal cancer.This marker may have great potential application for the future in the diagnostics,staging and therapy of colorectal cancer.更多还原
