从“民工荒”看未来若干年农村劳动力的供求
To Foresee the Demands and Supplies of Rural Labor Forces in the Coming Years by Looking at the Phenomena of “Shortage of Farmer-Turned Workers”
【Abstract】 “The Scarcity of Peasant Workers” was found in Guangdong Province,Fujian Province,Shandong Province,Zhejiang Province and so on since the beginning of 2004.The phenomenon that was first observed in China means that our labor supply in the countryside will changed significantly.Utilizing the data of the fifth National Population Census in 2000,this paper reveals the character of population in our countryside,gives the supply of our rural labor from 2006 to 2016,analyzes the reason of “The Scarcity of Peasant Workers” in 2004,and promots countermeasures accordingly.
