【Abstract】 The development of enterprises and our country is mainly depended on an inherent innovating capability of enterprises,but the dominant position of the enterprise’s innovation in our country is not established,which extremely prevents enterprises and the national economy from developing.In the article, according to the comparision of the filling number of invention patent application to the enterprises of foreign country and the change of its structure,an importance of the leading position of the enterprise’s innovtion is explained,and suggestions of boosting the dominant position of the enterprise’s technical innovation is further stated.更多还原
