【摘要】 目的∶采用高效液相色谱法测定抗纤丸中黄芩苷的含量。方法∶采用Phenom enex C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),流速为1.0 m l/m in,检测波长为280 nm.结果∶黄芩苷在0.1~1.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为99.82%,RSD为1.76%(n=5)。结论∶本法操作简便,重现性好,可用于抗纤丸的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Kangxian pills.Methods: The separation was performed on a Phenomenex C₁₈ column with methanol-water-phosphoric acid（47∶53∶0.2） as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.Results: The linearity was obtained within a range of 0.1¹.0 μg（r=0.999 5）.The average recovery was 99.82% and RSD of 1.76%（n=5）.Conclusion: The method is easy and reproducible and can be used for quality control of Kangxian pills.更多还原
