【摘要】 目的:比较奎硫平与氯氮平维持治疗精神分裂症患者对社会功能的改善状况。方法:对以奎硫平与氯氮平治疗痊愈的首发精神分裂症患者随访0.5年,使用SDSS评定其社会功能。结果:奎硫平组患者比氯氮平组社会功能恢复显著(P<0.01)。结论:奎硫平维持治疗精神分裂症患者时,能显著改善其社会功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To compare the social function in schizophrenia patients treated with quetiapine and clozapine.Methods: Recovered patients with first-episode schizophrenia who were treated with clozapine or quetiapine were followed for half a year.Social ability was rated on the Social Disability Screening Scale(SDSS).Results: The patients treated with quetiapine were better in social ability than those treated with clozapine.Conclusion: The social function was significantly improved in schizophrenia patients treated maintenance with quetiapine.更多还原
