【摘要】 目的:观察胸膜腔内灌注香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及不良反应。方法:回顾性分析本院使用胸膜腔内灌注香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液患者35例,其中肺癌26例,胸膜间皮瘤3例,乳腺癌3例,非何杰金氏淋巴瘤2例,胰腺癌1例。结果:完全缓解(CR)12例、部分缓解(PR)14例、无效(NC)7例、进展(PD0)2例。总有效率为74.29%。8例出现不同程度的发热,温度37~38℃,1例出现一过性高热(39.3℃);6例患者出现不同程度的胸痛和胸部不适,一般不需特殊处置;2例出现恶心、呕吐。未发现对肝肾功能的损害、骨髓抑制及脱发等其他不良反应。结论:香菇多糖是一种有效的免疫调节药物,胸膜腔内灌注可用来治疗恶性胸腔积液,有效改善患者的生存质量,无明显的不良反应,应用方便安全,疗效肯定,易被患者接受,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To observe the curative effect and the side effects of lentinan(LNT) when injection in pleural cavity to treat malignant plural effusion.Methods: Thirty-five patients with malignant pleural effusion were treated with intracavitary injection of LNT.Among them,26 cases were lung carcinoma,3 were mesothelioma,3 were breast carcinoma,2 were leucoma and 1 pancreatic cancer.4 mg of LNT were injected into the pleural cavity through a fine tube.Results: Among all,12 cases achieved complete remission(CR),14 got partial remission(PR),7 got no change(NC) and 2 got progressive disease(PD).The total effective rate was 74.29%(CR+PR%).Main side effects were fever(8cases),pectoralgia(6 cases),nausea and omitting(2 cases).Nobody showed severe side-effects need to treated specially.Conclusion: Lentinan is a new and effective anti tumor drug and can be safely used to treat malignant pleural effusion.更多还原
