【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定盐酸西替利嗪片的含量。方法:采用Dikma C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(pH 3.0)-乙腈(55∶45);流速1 ml/min;检测波长230 nm,以峰面积计算。结果:线性范围0.1~0.3 mg/ml,平均回收率为(100.67±0.74)%,RSD=0.73%(n=15)。结论:本法简便快捷,结果准确,重现性好,可作为盐酸西替利嗪片质量控制的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of cetirizine hydrochloride in tablets.Methods: A Dikma C₁₈ column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase consisted of 45% acetonitrile and 55% 0.01 mol/L KH₂PO₄ buffer（pH 3.0）,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results: The linear calibration curves of cetirizine hydrochloride were obtained over the range of 0.1 mg/ml to 0.3 mg/ml.The recovery of the assay was（100.67±0.74）%（n=15）.The coefficient of variation was 0.73%.Conclusion: The method was approved to be simple,precise and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets.更多还原
