【摘要】 以科学发展观为指导,坚持经济社会协调发展,是“十一五”时期必须把握的重大原则。通过对2006年上半年国民经济发展中出现的矛盾和问题进行经济理论分析,得出结论:在“十一五”时期乃至今后十五年全面建设小康社会阶段,我国的经济社会必须坚持协调发展,要重视调整经济结构和转变经济增长方式,要重视推进和谐社会的建设和人的全面发展问题,要增强国家宏观调控的预见性、针对性、有效性,并注重从体制机制上解决问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 That taking the scientific development view as the instruction, and persisting in the coordinated development of economy and society is the significant principle to hold during the period of the eleventh five-year plan. Through conducting economic analysis on the contradiction and the problem of national economy development for the first half year in 2006, this paper draws on the conclusion that, in the period of the eleventh five-year plan and even the next 15 years of building a well-off society in an all-round way, our country’s economic society will have to persist in the coordinated development, will need to think much of adjusting the economic structure and the transforming the approach of economic growth, will have to take to promote the construction of harmonious society and the issue of people’s full-scale development, will have to strengthen the foresight, the pertinence and the validity to national macroeconomic regulation, and pay great attention to resolve the problem from the system and the mechanism.更多还原
