【Abstract】 Domestic direct investment (DDI) directly reflects the accumulative effect, the diffusive effect, as well as city competitiveness as the regional economic center. Tianjin as the city of economic center in the Area of Bohai Sea and the economic center in the North, is basically driven by the investment of foreign capital, and has little radiation and pull effect to the neighborhood and the peripheral area. Hence Tianjin needs to make the significant adjustment in such aspects as the investment structure, the investment industry and the sources of capital financing, so as to improve the competitiveness of the center city and exert the function of regional economy center.更多还原
