【Abstract】 The further development and the opening up of the Tianjin Binhai New Area have been placed on the suggestion of the 11th Five-year-plan by the Central Committee of CCP. Not only it brought a significant historical opportunity both for Binhai New Area and Tianjin city, but also has a far-reaching impact on the entire Bohai ring area. For the further development of Binhai New Area and build it into an important polar of growth, we have to overcome some of the system obstacles in the regional economic cooperation and extend the industrial chains, thus promoting forcefully the development of the whole area.更多还原
