【摘要】 以文献资料法、访问调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法为主要研究方法,分别对“体育系统”、“教育系统”青年阶段篮球竞赛组织现状进行分析,认为:青年阶段“体育系统”与“教育系统”在篮球竞赛组织过程中存在的主要矛盾归根结底是“体制”问题,在“体制”大背景的影响下,表现为“体育系统”与“教育系统”争夺竞赛市场、人才市场;竞赛组织形式与竞赛规程有待进一步完善;两者在“管竞赛、办竞赛”的过程中尚未建立起完善的组织运行机制等。在进行大量分析与研究的基础上,提出对青年阶段篮球竞赛组织系统优化与重构的战略设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the methods of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,the authors analyzed the present situation of basketball competition organization from PE system and education system,and made conclusions: the key problem in the basketball competition in youth is different systems from PE system and education system.It showed the struggling for the competition market and talented man market;the formation and the rules of competition should be improved;there isn’t perfect organization system.Under the basis of vast analysis and careful studies,the paper proposed some ideas in improving our national basketball organization system and its reconstruction in youth.更多还原
