【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the present situation and actuality that Chinese private apparel enterprises implement virtual operation,in this paper we design the basic paths that Chinese private apparel enterprises implement virtual operation,which are: enhancing the fundamental job of core enterprise;scientifically designing the basic flow;establishing the technology platform;establishing coordination management system;building up culture amalgamation system.All these could provide the direction and way of implementing virtual operation for Chinese private apparel enterprises.更多还原
