单双核铜锌模拟超氧化物歧化酶配合物的合成、表征与活性研究
Synthesis,Characteristics and Activities of Cu,Zn Superoxide Dismutase with Mono-and Di-nuclear Mimic Complexes
【摘要】 分别以三(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺(NTB)和二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺(N3)为配体,咪唑基为桥,合成了一系列单双核CuZn超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的模拟化合物,并对它们进行了红外、紫外光谱表征,利用邻苯三酚自氧化法检测了活性.活性结果表明,配合物具有抑制O2.-的活性,其中N3异双核的活性高于其他配合物.
【Abstract】 Using tris(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)amine(NTB) and bis(2-benzimidazolylmethyl)amine(N3) as ligands,a series of mimic superoxide dismutase complexes were synthesized,characterized with IR and UV spectra,and assayed by means of improved pyrogallol autoxidation.Activity date of IC50 and pI50 showed that the complexes were able to inhabit superoxide radical.The activity of the iso-dinuclea Cu(Ⅱ) Zn(Ⅱ) compound with N3 as ligands is higher than others.
