网络式氧气流量测试仪的研制

【摘要】 为提高医院收费透明度,使吸氧收费准确、透明,研制了网络式氧气流量测试仪.该测试仪可携带多台分机,每台分机由红外传感器采集数据并传输到总机,解决了每个床位氧气用量的准确测量问题.AT89S52单片机系统对分机数据进行处理,由显示系统显示每个用户用氧的总用量和价格.从机采用分机式设计,可节约成本,系统采集周期为10 ms,显示分辨率为0.1 L/min,计量准确,误差小.

【Abstract】 The purpose of the development of network oxygen flow meter is to enhance the transparency of the hospital charge and make oxygen absorbed charge reasonable and open.The oxygen flow meter consists of some sets of apparatus,tributary ones of which can collect data through the infrared sensor and convey them to the central ones so as to measure the oxygen flow accurately.The system of the single chip AT89S52 of the central apparatus analyzes the data and shows the total amount and price of the oxygen consumption of each user with the monitor.As the tributary apparatus take the framework of distribution design, the final cost can be economized.The gathering cycle of the system’s is 10 milliseconds,and display resolution is 0.1 L/min.It has the advantages of accurate and few error.
