虚拟技术在汽车全生命周期的应用
Virtual Technology Application in Lifecycle of Vehicle Product
【摘要】 虚拟技术越来越受到工业界的广泛重视,并成为汽车行业的研究热点。本文介绍了汽车产品的特点,讲述了虚拟技术在汽车全生命周期各个环节的应用,如汽车设计方面、汽车实验方面、汽车制造方面、汽车使用方面及汽车回收方面,从而得出了结论,指出虚拟技术是缩短汽车车身开发周期,降低成本,减少汽车产品开发风险,加速形成我国汽车自主开发能力的共性关键技术。
【Abstract】 Today, the more virtual technologies are applied in industries. It’s also a hot topic in car industry. This article introduces the characteristics of vehicle product, then describes the virtual technology application suchas in body design, experiment of vehicle, manufacturing of vehicle, usage of vehicle and recall. At last, the conclusion is that virtual technology is the key to shorten the lifecycle, cut down the cost, reduce the risk of vehicle development, promote our independent ability of vehicle design and development.
