【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of the development and the demand on establishing economical society in the suburb of Tianjin, based on the discussing of the construction principles of evaluating index system, the examining and evaluating index system of establishing economical society in the suburb of Tianjin was set up, and the weights of examining and evaluating indexes were fixed by the method of Delphi.At last, the situation of establishing economical society of Wuqing district of Tianjin was examined and evaluated by using this index system.更多还原
