论高职院校学习型党组织的创建
Discuss the Establishment of the Study Type Organization of Party Branch in High Career Academies
【摘要】 创建高职院校学习型党组织,是时代发展的必然要求和推进高职院校科学发展的明智选择。创建学习型党组织要制定科学合理的基本原则并探索其有效的途径。
【Abstract】 To create the study type organization of party branch in high career academies is the inevitable demand of the age development and the wise choice to promote scientific development of high career academies. Basing on the learning organization theory,high career academies constitute scientific and reasonable basic principles and find their way to realize.
