【Abstract】 We should apply the systematic discussions into the pratice of the mechanic construction of maintaining the trade union rights, we need to carry out the correct position on the trade unions, and we should well deal with the relation between the trade unions - the sub-system and the great situation so as to ensure the realization of the integral target of the Party and the Country. The construction of the trade union right maintenance mechanism is one systematic project, if we intend to perfect the mechanism of maintaining the trade union rights, we should not only deal well with the relation between the internal structure and the functions within the system, but also we should deal well with the relation between the system and the external environment, therefore, we can enable the trade unions to perform the duty of maintaining the trade union rights in a more scientific way and in an all-round way.更多还原
