纤维素酶整理对棉织物湿舒适性能影响的研究
Influence of cellulase finish on wet-comfortable characters of cotton fabrics
【摘要】 研究纤维素酶处理对棉织物湿舒适性能的影响,通过实验分析酶处理过程中pH值、温度、时间、酶的用量等因素对织物透气性、透湿性及散湿性的影响,得到了酶处理最佳工艺条件为:pH值为5,温度为50℃,处理时间为50 min,酶质量分数为4%.
【Abstract】 The influence of cellulase finish on the wet-comfort of cotton fabrics is studied. Through experimental analyzing, the influence of pH value, treating temperatures, time and the concentration of the cellulase on the ventilating, penetrating of humidity, humid pervasion of the fabrics are studied. And the results show that the optimum technical parameters are as follow: pH value is 5, temperatures is 50 ℃ , time is 50 min and the concentration of cellulase is 4%.
