带衬纬的三维角联锁结构复合材料弹性性能分析
Analysis of elastic properties of weft inserted 3D angle interlock structure reinforced composites
【摘要】 基于对带衬纬的三维角联锁结构复合材料细观结构的观察,建立了全新的几何分析模型,并运用取向平均理论和组合力学分析模型,对各个模型不同方向的弹性模量进行了预测,与实际测量实验样本5个方向上的弹性模量相比较,表明模型的理论预测值与实测值之间总体趋势相同,其中组合模型的预测结果更接近实测值.文中还验证了带衬纬的三维角联锁结构复合材料的拉伸弹性模量具有明显的正交各向异性的特点.
【Abstract】 Based on the espial of microscopic structure of weft inserted 3D angle interlock structure reinforced composites, a new geometry analysis model was built up. By using averaging stiffness theory and the combined mechanical analysis model, the elastic properties in different directions were predicted. 5 of them were also measured from the specimens. The comparison shows the theoretic results follow the same tend with the measured ones, and the results forecasted by the combined model are more similar to the experimental ones. Besides, both results confirm the composite possesses the obvious property of orthotropic.
