【摘要】 目的:减少前列腺摘除术后并发症的发生。方法:采用历史对照将病例分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规措施,观察组除常规措施外增加康复护理,观察两组病例术后尿失禁、尿道狭窄、尿路感染、肺部感染等并发症的发生率及术后尿失禁和膀胱冲洗持续时间、肛门恢复排气及住院天数等。结果:观察组术后并发症的发生率低于对照组,P<0．05;两组均无永久性尿失禁、压疮及下肢静脉栓塞发生。结论:前列腺摘除术后并发症与护理密切相关,因此应重视前列腺手术患者的护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To reduce the occurrence of complications after prostatectomy. Methods: Cases were divided into an experimental group and a control group by historical control analysis method. Routine measures were adopted in the control group. Rehabilitative nursing care was introduced into the experimental group as the additional part. The occurrence rate of complications after prostatectomy were observed and compared, such as post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence, urethral stricture, urinary infection, pulmonary infection, the duration of continuous bladder irrigation and the anus exhaust as well as the average time of hospitalization. Results: The incidence of the complication after prostatectomy in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclution: There is a positive correlation between the complications after prostatectomy and its nursing care.更多还原
