【摘要】 目的:了解不同配置浓度西艾克所致静脉炎的发生率及严重程度。方法:对96例特发性血小板减少性紫癜急性期复发的患者按入院的先后次序随机分为对照组和实验组,并对两组在西艾克治疗中由于不同配置浓度引发的静脉炎进行观察并做分析。结果:实验组静脉炎的发生率明显低于对照组,且程度轻。结论:在输液时间不能缩短(即维持血药浓度)的情况下,稀释西艾克的浓度为0．002mg/mL,可以减少静脉炎的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to compare the incidence rate and seriousness of phlebitis caused by vindesine of different dilution. Methods: A total of % patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura were subdivided into a control group and an experiment gruop according to the sequence of being hospitalized. The phlebitis caused by vindesine of different dilution in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results: The experiment group had a significantly lower incidence rate and less seriousness of phlebitis than that of the control group. Conclusion: Without the shortening of the transfusion period for maitaining blood concentration, the incidence rate of phlebitis caused by vindesine is lower at the dilution of 0.002 mg/mL.更多还原
