大型气动穿孔机冲击功的测试方法研究
Test Research on Impact Power of Large Air Punch
【摘要】 介绍了在大冲击功气动穿孔机测试中,一种有独特优点的实验方法,即利用橡胶弹簧变形来测试气动穿孔机的参数,并在理论分析的基础上,对其冲击功进行了能量的分解.计算结果与所测参数相对应,表明所运用的能量分解方法的有效性.
【Abstract】 The paper presents an experiment principle of testing the air punch parameters with latex spring deformation,which has unique merits in testing large impact power.Based on the theory analysis,the energy of impact power is decomposed.The result of the calculation which accords with the parameters measured by the testing experiment shows that the method of decomposing energy is effective.
