开关电源磁芯材料的纳米晶合金高频损耗行为
High Frequency Core Loss Behavior of Nanocrystalline Alloys as Magnetic Core of Switching Mode Power Supply
【摘要】 报道了新开发的纳米晶Fe73.5Cu1Nb2V1Si13.5B9合金退火态的高频损耗性能.采用三维拟合方法替代传统的二维拟合,可具有更小的估算误差.经过分析得出,在频率为30~1 000 kHz和幅值磁通密度为0.01~1.0 T范围内,高频动态矫顽力Hc和高频铁损近似与幅值磁通密度Bm和频率成幂函数关系,而常用高频区与超高频区的铁损行为存在一定的差异.同时,给出了幅值磁通密度和频率乘积恒定时高频铁损与频率的关系式,为变压器的实际设计应用提供了参考.
【Abstract】 The high frequency magnetic properties including coercivity and core loss of a newly(developed) as-annealed nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb2V1Si13.5B9 alloy were presented.A new fitting method of three dimension fitting was used instead of two-dimension one to investigate the dependence of high frequency coercivity Hc and core loss P on amplitude flux density Bm from 0.01 T to 1.0 T and frequency f between 30 kHz and 1 000 kHz.Meanwhile,the dependence of high frequency core loss P and frequency f was obtained while the value of Bm·f was constant that can give the reference for designing power transformer.
