基于路用性能的表层矿料级配AK16优化
Optimization of AK16 Gradation about Surface Based on Comprehensive Pavement Performance
【摘要】 在AC16,AK16,SMA16等级配范围基础上,通过室内马歇尔试验、车辙试验、表面构造深度试验、渗水试验、冻融劈裂试验和浸水马歇尔试验等混合料性能试验对AK16进行了优化,提出了具有密实耐久、低温抗裂与高温抗车辙等综合路用性能的表层级配范围并进行了相应的理论和实践验证.
【Abstract】 This paper optimizes the gradation of AK16 on the basis of the gradations of AC16,AK16,SMA16 by a series of tests mcluding Marshall test,wheel tracking test,surface structural depth test,leakage test,freeze and split test,soggy Marshal test.etc.and drans the gradation with comprehensive performance about density and durability and the resistance to cracking at low temperatures & the resistance to rutting at high temperatures.The corresponding verification of the gradation is also given through a lot of road performance tests.
