甘氨酸燃烧合成多元掺杂YSZ电解质材料

【摘要】 为提高YSZ固体电解质材料的电性能,采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐液相燃烧法制备了Sc3+(Dy3+)和Yb3+复合掺杂的YSZ材料.复合掺杂剂的加入使材料保持稳定的立方结构,且增大了样品晶格常数和氧空位迁移半径R值.试样电导率得到提高,1000℃电导率达0.15S/cm.显微结构分析表明,复合添加剂促进了ZrO2晶粒的生长,晶粒间存在明显的第二相组分,限制了电导率的进一步提高.继续添加Al3+、Ca2+明显改善了晶界状况,晶界处较为洁净,但试样高温电导率略有降低.

【Abstract】 In order to increase the conductivity of YSZ,doped-YSZ electrolytes with Sc3+(Dy3+)and Yb3+ were prepared by combustion synthesis from glycine-nitrate solution.The introduce of complex additives made the cubic structure of the sample stable,and the conductivity was enhanced due to the increase of the crystal lat- tice and the oxygen transfer passage radii,reaching 0.15 S/cm-1at 1000℃.SEM photographs showed the complex additives promoted growth of ZrO2.There were second phases along the grain boundaries,which re- stricted the further increase of conductivity.The addition of Al3+or Ca2+improved crystal boundary,but low- ered the high-temperature conductivity.
