TC-W3高档水冷二冲程汽油机润滑油评定技术

【摘要】 为了驱动汽油机润滑油评定技术的提高,依据国际上的先进评定技术标准,建立了一套等效于美国TC- W3汽油机油评定技术与装备.经过全程序评定,针对3种机型(15HP、40HP和70HP)清净性分别进行标准参比油和试样油100 h试验、润滑性试验和100 h早燃倾向性试验.试验结果表明,标准参比油的清净性优点得分和润滑性扭矩降等各项指标均符合规定要求,未出现大早燃.建立的评定技术与装备,已成功用于国内TC-W3级水冷二冲程汽油机润滑油的评定.评定装备运行稳定、试验手段科学、数据准确可靠、具有较好的重复性和区分性.

【Abstract】 A set of equipment and evaluating techniques is designed according to relative international standards , which is equivalent to that of American NMMA ( National Marine Manufacturer Association) TC-W3. The full procedure of test is completed, including three models engines (15HP,40HP and 70HP) detergency test of 100 h reference oil and 100 h candidate oil, lubricity test and 100 h pre-ignition test. The results indicate the reference oil merits of detergency test, the mean torque drop in lubricity test and other items are all within the confines of right area, and no major pre-ignition occurred. The set of equipment and evaluating techniques has finished the evaluation of TC-W3 grade oil (home manufactured).
