改性树酯催化合成双酚A的动力学
Reaction Kinetics of Bisphenol A Synthesis Catalyzed by Thiol-Promoted Resin
【摘要】 以改性树脂作催化剂,在60~90℃下对丙酮与苯酚合成双酚A的催化反应动力学进行了研究.分别建立了吸附和脱附遵守Langmuir规则、表面反应遵从基元反应定律理想态反应和以管孝男方程为基础的非理想态反应的不同控速反应步骤的动力学模型.用实验数据对动力学方程进行模拟比较.结果表明,理想态的动力学模型不能准确描述实际的反应过程,而以丙酮在催化剂上的吸附为反应的关键步骤,基于非理想态动力学模型的计算结果和实验数据十分吻合.确立了相关的动力学参数,得到了反应的速率方程.
【Abstract】 The kinetics of bisphenol A synthesis from actone and phenol on an ion-exchange catalyst modified by thiol was investigated under the temperature range of 60-90℃. Based on the reaction mechanism, different kinetics models were established in ideal states and non-ideal states. The results show that the kinetics models in ideal states are not suitable in the reaction,but in non-ideal states,the rate equation in real reaction states is suitably represented by the power rate law and the Freundlich type of chemisorption isotherm. It is found that absorption of actone in catalyst is the critical step. The kinetics parameters were determined, and the rate equation was acquired.
