【摘要】 特色资源是培育城市特色、实现竞争优势的源泉,如何探寻特色资源是管理者面临的紧迫课题。本文首先对城市资源进行分类,划分特色资源类属,然后借鉴资源基础理论和资源丰度的有关概念和研究,分别建构了自然特色资源、社会特色资源和区位优势的判别模式,为管理者辨析特色资源提供一般分析思路。同时,强调特色资源的转化,发挥其优势,使之形成城市的特色。更多还原

【Abstract】 Characteristic resource is the source for developing city characteristics and achieving competitive advantages. Then, how to seek out city characteristic resources is a pressing task for city administrative officers. Based on the classification of city resources, determining the class attribute of characteristic resources, and using concerned concepts and studies of resource-based theory and resource abundance, discrimination models for natural, social characteristic resources and location advantage are established in this paper, which can provide a general analytical idea of characteristic resources for officers. Synchronously, we should emphasize characteristic resource transformation and exert its predominance in order to form the municipal characteristic.更多还原
