多孔页岩砖砌体力学性能的试验研究
Experimental study on mechanical performance of masonry of perforated shale brick
【摘要】 多孔页岩砖砌体具有轻质、高强、保温、环保等诸多优点,是目前天津市建筑领域大力推广应用的新型墙体建筑材料之一.然而国内的生产厂家和科研单位对多孔页岩砖砌体的基本力学性能很少进行过比较系统的试验研究.笔者通过对多孔页岩砖砌体25个试件的抗压强度、14个试件的弯曲抗拉强度和45个试件的沿通缝截面抗剪强度的试验结果进行分析,研究了多孔页岩砖砌体的基本力学性能,对其在设计和使用中的部分技术问题进行了探讨.
【Abstract】 The perforated shale brick has many advantages, such as light quality, high strength, thermal insulation and environmental protection. Now, it is one of the new wall materials widely applied in the building field in Tianjin. The basic mechanical performance of perforated shale brick masonry is studied by analyzing the experimental results of compression strength of 25 samples of the masonry ,bending tensile strength of 14 samples and shearing strength along straight joint section of 45 samples. And some technical problems in the design and application are discussed.
