【摘要】 采用文献法、问卷调查法、访淡法、数理统计法、比较分析法就城市居住区体育设施规划、建设、需求趋向,对2002年、2003年2、004年福州市住房交易会房地产商和购房者需求者进行调查,并就城市居住的规划建设走访了有关部门。结果表明:经济发展水平是影响城市居住区区体育设施规划、建设、需求的主要因素;健全与完善法规是城市居住体育设施规划与建设的保障;安居、休闲、娱乐、运动、健康、和谐是广大人民群众对未来居住区的理想追求。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study on the tendency of the plan,construction and requirement of sports facility in the new urban residential areas in the city of Fuzhou was made by the way of literature study and investigation,questionnaire and interview,comparison and analysis and so on.Realty merchants and consumers in the housing bourse in 2002,in 2003and in 2004 were investigated and the related department with the responsibility for the programming and construction of the new urban residential areas was visited.The result shows that that level of economy is most important factor of the programming,construction and requirement of sprts facility in the new urban residential areas;The healthy and prefect law and rule are guarantee of the programming and construction of the new urban residential areas;And to most people,comfortable,leisure,fun,sportive,healthy,civilized and harmonious house is the ideal pursue in the future.更多还原
