Ti-6Al-7Nb钛合金热加工与热处理工艺研究
Study on Heat Machining and Heat Treatment Process of Ti-6Al-7Nb Alloy
【摘要】 研究了Ti-6Al-7Nb合金不同热加工与热处理工艺引起的显微组织和力学性能变化,探讨该合金组织变化的特点和性能变化的内在规律。结果表明,在工业化生产条件下,Nb元素添加采用铌钛中间合金,选用适宜的铸锭熔炼工艺参数,可以获得成分均匀、无富Nb偏析的优质铸锭。在两相区锻造或轧制后坯料在700℃~800℃范围内退火,合金组织与性能均能满足ASTM和ISO标准要求。
【Abstract】 Characteristics and rules of the microstructure and the mechanical properties changes for Ti-6Al-7Nb alloy were studied through using different heat machining and heat treatment process.The results show that the well-proportioned element and no Nb impurity of industrial ingots could be gained by appends the middle alloy including NbTi and select fit melting the technology.After Ti-6Al-7Nb alloy of α+β forging and rolling anneals in the temperature range of 700 ℃ ~800 ℃,the microstructure and the mechanical properties accord with the standards of ASTM and ISO.
