阻抑动力学荧光法测定氨苄青霉素
Inhibitory Kinetic Fluorimetric Determination of Ampicillin
【摘要】 在弱酸性介质中,氨苄青霉素能够阻抑钒(Ⅴ)催化过硫酸钾氧化罗丹明B的荧光猝灭反应,从而建立了阻抑动力学荧光法测定氨苄青霉素含量的新方法,氨苄青霉素的质量浓度与荧光强度的变化在1~25 mg.L-1范围内呈良好线性关系。该方法简便、快速,并应用于药物制剂中氨苄青霉素含量的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 An inhibitory kinetic fluorimetric method is developed for the determination of ampicillin.It is based on the inhibitory effect of ampicillin on the reaction of K2S2O8 oxidation of rhodamine B catalyzed by vanadium(Ⅴ) in NaAc-HAc buffer solution medium.The detection limit for ampicillin is 0.381 mg·L-1.The linear range for the determination of ampicillin is 1-25 mg·L-1.This method has been used successfully in the determination of ampicillin in phamaceutical dosage form.
