应用KI-I2分光光度法研究非离子表面活性剂在天然吸附剂上的吸附行为
Spectrophotometric Study of the Adsorption Behavior of Three Nonionic Surfactants on Natural Adsorbing Agent with KI-I2 Chromogenic System
【摘要】 介绍了测定水体中非离子表面活性剂的K I-I2分光光度法,并讨论了不同实验条件对测定结果的影响。结果表明,以K I-I2溶液为显色剂的分光光度法操作简单,工作曲线相关系数好,检测线性范围宽,酸稳定性好,大部分盐类和土壤腐殖酸对测定的干扰小。利用K I-I2分光光度法研究了3种非离子型表面活性剂B rij35、B rij30、Triton X-100在天然吸附剂上的吸附行为,获得了满意的效果。
【Abstract】 Based on the KI-I2 chromogenic system, the adsorption behavior of three nonionic surfactants,namely Brij35,Brij30,Triton X-100,on soil,soil humic acid and mycelium by spectrophotometry has been studied and applied to determine the nonionic surfactants in waters.Effects of various experimental conditions on their determinations have been discussed.The correlation coefficients of the calibration curves for Brij35,Brij30,Triton X-100 are 0.997 1,0.998 5 and 0.997 9,respectively,and their detection limits are 0.2-25 mg·L-1,1.5-50 mg·L-1,0.4-25 mg·L-1,respectively.Results showed that the interference effects from the inorganic salt and humic acid are not significant.
