【Abstract】 The determination of serum tumor markers plays an important role in clinical diagnoses for patients with certain tumor-associated diseases.Immunosensors,considered as a major development in immunoassays,have attracted considerable attention.This brief review focuses on the applications of immunosensors for determination of tumor markers.The basic principles and applications of immunosensors are described in detail.The prospects of immunosensors for tumor markers are suggested.更多还原
