【Abstract】 Based on the pseudo-first order kinetic process of the discoloration of phenolphthalein at high pH value,a rapid and accurate method for the determination of high pH value was developed.The pH determination range of this method was 12.2-14.0 and the errors were within 0.05-0.2 pH(unit.) It was found that the higher the pH value,the smaller the error.Compared with the conventional titration method,this method is simple and consumes less reagents.更多还原
