动力学分光光度法快速测定高pH值
Kinetic Spectrophotometric Determination of High pH Values
【摘要】 利用酚酞等指示剂分子在高pH值区的褪色反应是假一次动力学的原理,提出了一种简单的动力学分光光度方法,用于快速、准确地测定高pH值。该方法的测定范围在pH 12.2~14.0,误差在0.05~0.2个pH单位以内,而且pH值越高时误差越小,与传统的滴定分析相比,操作简单,消耗试剂少。
【Abstract】 Based on the pseudo-first order kinetic process of the discoloration of phenolphthalein at high pH value,a rapid and accurate method for the determination of high pH value was developed.The pH determination range of this method was 12.2-14.0 and the errors were within 0.05-0.2 pH(unit.) It was found that the higher the pH value,the smaller the error.Compared with the conventional titration method,this method is simple and consumes less reagents.
