流动注射化学发光法测定自来水中二氧化氯
Flow Injection Chemiluminescence Determination of Chlorine Dioxide in Tap Water
【摘要】 在pH 12.5的NaOH-KC l缓冲介质中,C lO2直接氧化Lum inol能产生很强的化学发光,而且发光强度在一定的范围内与C lO2的浓度呈线性关系,据此建立了流动注射化学发光测定C lO2的新方法。探讨了最佳的发光条件。测定C lO2的线性范围为0.5~200μg/L,检出限为0.3μg/L。本法简便、快速、灵敏,选择性和重复性较好,应用于自来水中剩余C lO2的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A flow injection chemiluminescence method was developed for the determination of ClO2 based on the reaction of ClO2 with luminol in the medium of NaOH-KCl buffer solution at pH 12.5.The optimum condition of chemiluminescence was investigated.The linear range of determination was 0.5-200 μg/L with a detection limit of 0.3 μg/L.The method is highly selective,rapid,simple,sensitive and repeatable.It has been applied to the determination of ClO2 in tap water with satisfactory results.
