芴-吩噻嗪衍生物共聚物的光电性能研究
Optical and electrical properties of copolymers of fluorene and phenothiazine derivatives
【摘要】 采用紫外可见光谱、荧光光谱、循环伏安法等手段研究了两种芴与吩噻嗪衍生物的共聚物的光电性能.制备了结构为ITO聚/合物/Ca/A l的单层器件.电化学结果表明吩噻嗪单元的引入降低了聚芴的电离势(Ip),提高了电子亲和势(Ea),改善了材料的载流子传输能力.EL结果表明两种共聚物都发绿光,最大发光波长分别为552 nm和544 nm.
【Abstract】 The photo-physical,electroluminescence and electrochemical properties of two novel copolymers composed of fluorene and phenothiazine derivates are characterized by UV-Vis,PL,EL and cyclic voltammetry(CV).Single layer structure devices with the configuration of ITO/polymers/Ca/Al are fabricated.The CV results demonstrates that introduction of phenothiazine moiety into polyfluorenes can enhance electron affinity(E_a) and lower the ionic potential(I_p).Thus,the transportion ability of injected electrons and holes is improved.EL results reveale that all these two copolymers emit green light with the maximum peak at 552 nm and 544 nm respectively.
