物流节点类型的确定及其实证分析

【摘要】 探讨物流园区、物流中心的概念,以及它们之间的相互关系,并对物流节点类型确定进行了聚类分析。在对物流节点类型确定分析中,在初始指标的选择并搜集相关数据的基础上,通过指标相关性分析和空间差异度分析进行指标筛选,建立了物流节点类型确定的综合指标体系。并采用模糊聚类方法,对台州市规划的11个物流节点进行类别划分,确定建设相同类别物流节点的集合,构建出台州市物流节点空间布局的层次体系。

【Abstract】 The essay discusses the concepts of Logistics Park and Logistics Center, as well as their relationship, and uses clustering analysis to determine the types of logistics nodes. During the analysis on the determination of logistic node type, on the basis of selecting primary index and relative data, the index filtration was applied by analyzing correlation and space difference in order to establish the synthetically index system for determination of logistic node type. The essay also adopts fuzzy clustering method to classify the types of eleven logistics nodes planed by Taizhou city and determine the set for similar logistics node type, and build hierarchy system for the space distribution of Taizhou logisticsn odes.
