基于误比特率计算的三维Ad Hoc传感器网络连接性分析

【摘要】 网络连接性是在设计与仿真Ad Hoc传感器网络时需确定的重要基础性问题,本文从通信路由中误比特率的角度研究了三维Ad Hoc传感器网络的连接性问题。在基于二维平面网络节点均匀分布的情况下,对三维Ad Hoc传感器网络的连接性进行理论计算,得出通信路由中端到端平均误比特率(BER)和平均连接跳数(Hop)的精确表达式。通过表达式发现,节点分布密度相应的存在门限值,节点分布密度低于此门限值,则网络不能进行通信,即网络为不连接。假如分布密度高于此门限值,则通信路由的最大连接跳数大于平均连接跳数。同时讨论了中继节点数对端到端平均误比特率的影响,发现在第三维中继时如采用较大的发射功率则能提高网络通信的性能,降低端到端平均误比特率。

【Abstract】 Connectivity is the important fundamental problem in designing and simulating ad hoc sensor networks.In this paper,from the view of the bit error rate in communication routing,connectivity is studied in three dimension ad hoc sensor networks.On the assumption of nodes being uniformly distributed in two dimension plane networks,the connectivity is analyzed in the three dimension ad hoc sensor networks.The exact formulas of the average end-to-end bit error rate and average connected number of hops in communication routing are deduced separately.These formulas show that there exists the threshold in terms of the node spatial density.If below this threshold,communication between nodes cannot be supported;if above this threshold,the maximum connecting hop of communication routing is bigger than the average connecting hop.The influence of the relaying node number on the average end-to-end bit error rate is discussed.It is demonstrated that the large transmitting power in the third dimension improves the network communication performance and lowers the average end-to-end bit error rate.
