【摘要】 介绍我国首台通过国家认证并将用于时速250 km及350 km铁路客运专线施工的900 t级架桥机概况,性能特征,总体结构设计原理、总则和关键点,以及该机箱形梁柱整体箱形结构的ANSYS分析及样机的型式试验。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the general information,performance,feature,overall-structure design principle,general design regulations and design key points of TLS900t bridge machine.This machine is the first bod girder erection machine which has been registered and passed the acceptance of the national government organization,and it would be used in construction of the high speed railway the transporting speed of which is 250 km/h or 350 km/h.The paper also introduces the ANSYS analysis for the whole bod girder-column structure of the bridge machine and typical test of prototype is introduced as well.
