高速列车油压减振器动力学特性研究
Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Absorber
【摘要】 以KONI垂向油压减振器为例,建立了高速列车油压减振器正弦激励下的动力学模型,并运用纽马克-β法对模型的位移、加速度等动力学过程进行了数值仿真。结果表明减振器的下腔、上腔、贮油腔等效体积刚度以及等效阻尼系数对减振器的性能影响较大;减振器上连接部组件及活塞组件的加速度响应曲线中会出现周期性冲击。
【Abstract】 The dynamical model about KONI vertical absorber with sine motivation is built.Newmark-β as an integral means is used to simulate the absorber′s dynamic characteristics such as the acceleration response and the displacement response of the damper.The results show that the equivalent damper coefficient and equivalent volume stiffness affect the absorber′s dynamic characteristics strongly;the acceleration response of the damper have periodic strike.
