DF7型内燃机车散热器单节流动传热的三维数值仿真
3D-numerical Simulation of Flow and Heat Transfer in Locomotive Radiator
【摘要】 利用FLUENT软件对DF7内燃机车散热单节的单元区域散热过程进行了三维数值分析与仿真研究,分析了空气入口质量流量对传热系数的影响,通过研究获得了计算域的温度图、速度图、传热系数和相关计算结果。论文对FLUENT软件在国产散热器设计中的应用进行了探索与实践,研究表明FLUENT软件是散热器设计计算的有用工具。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we introduced FLUENT software and its work process.we simulated the flow and heat transfer process in the calculated area of DF7′s radiator with FLUENT and gained the charts of temperation and velocity,heat transfer Coef.and the relevant calculated results in the calculated area.In addition,we analyzed temperation field,flow field and the effect of air mass-flow-inlet on heat transfer Coef.and draw a conclusion.Finally we explored the application of FLUENT in the design of radiator made in our country,and indicated FLUENT is an avail tool in the design of radiator.It is a basic work that cooling system optimize and match.
