【摘要】 目的探讨银翘双解口服液体内、外的抑菌作用。方法采用金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌致小鼠体内感染,观察动物给药后生存数量,并采用7种菌体外药敏试验,测出最小抑制浓度(MIC)。结果银翘双解口服液对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌所致体感染具有延长感染后生存时间、减少小白鼠死亡数的作用。对7种致病菌均有直接抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the bacteriostatic action of Yinqiaoshuangjie Oral Liquid in vivo.and in vitro.methods To create the infectiton model of mouse by injecting the staphylococcus aureus and S.pneumoniae in vivo.To observe the numbers of survivals of animals.To determine the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 7 kinds of bacteria by doing drug sensitivity test in vitro.The result showed the Yinqiaoshuangjie oral iquid had puolonged infection subsistance time infected by staphylococcus aureus and S.pneumoniae and decreased death number of mice.It’s action of 7 kinds of bacteria had better becteriostatic ones.更多还原
